VINE FEVER — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

VINE FEVER ("the game") is developed by Max Pliskin ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, wherever you play it — on the web, on game portals, or as a mobile app.

What the game itself stores

The game stores a small amount of data on your own device only (browser localStorage or app-local storage): your best score, whether you have purchased the ad-free upgrade, and counters that limit how often ads appear. This data never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you clear your browser or app data. The game has no accounts, no server, and does not itself collect, transmit, or sell any personal information.

Advertising

The free version of the game shows interstitial adverts between runs. These are delivered by third-party advertising partners, which may collect device information (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and coarse location) to serve and measure ads, as described in their own privacy policies:

The paid ad-free upgrade removes all advertising.

Purchases

The one-time ad-free purchase is processed entirely by the store you bought it from (Google Play, or the platform hosting the game). We never see or store your payment details.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
